Andreas Geiling will mehr junge Menschen in Cham halten. Gegen den Leerstand hat der neue Stadtrat ein interessantes Konzept.
Cham.Der Leerstand in Cham – ein Thema, das die Stadt seit langem beschäftigt. „Viele haben sich schon daran versucht“, weiß Andreas Geiling (Freie Wähler). Ein Patentrezept gibt es seiner Meinung nach nicht. Doch der 33-Jährige weiß, wie die Stadt das Thema angehen könnte. Und zwar mit einem ganz anderen Ansatz als bisher und einem Weg, den auch viele andere Städte schon eingeschlagen haben.
