Geschichte Die „Klostermänner“ bringen den Baum
Wer kümmert sich eigentlich darum, dass ein Christbaum in eine Kirche kommt? Und: Wo kommen die Bäume überhaupt her?
Cham.Es war noch Herbst im Jahr 2005, als es bei einer Gruppe Männer, Mitglieder der Marianischen Männerkongregation, wieder zu „kribbeln“ begann. „Kribbeln“ deswegen, weil man sich schon wieder Gedanken machte über das kommende Weihnachtsfest in der Klosterkirche Maria Hilf. Vor vielen Jahren haben diese Männer eine besondere Aufgabe übernommen, nämlich die alljährliche Bereitstellung der Christbäume für die Klosterkirche. Vom Wald, der oft schon tief verschneit ist bis hin zum Altar, so lautete der freiwillige Auftrag dieser Männer.
