Weder Reihenhaus noch Mehrfamilienhäuser: Gegen den Willen des Bürgermeisters werden die neuen Pläne des Investors abgelehnt.
Stamsried.Ein Bauvorhaben eines Investors „Auf der Reserve Ost“ schlägt weiter hohe Wellen in Stamsried. Nach dem Widerstand der Anwohner und Bedenken des Landratsamtes gegen ein Reihenhaus hatte der Antragsteller seine Pläne überarbeitet. Dort sollen nun zwei Mehrfamilienhäuser entstehen. Doch dann die Überraschung: Bis auf Bürgermeister Herbert Bauer hat der Marktrat dem Ganzen seine Zustimmung verwehrt.
