Wenzenbach.Ob es die Würfelhäuser im Kallmünzer Baugebiet „Am Kloster“ sind oder Sechsfamilienhäuser im Nittendorfer Ortsteil Pollenried: Wenn ein neues Baugebiet entsteht - und sei es nur auf dem Reißbrett - werden oft Befürchtungen von Anwohnern laut. Immerhin sorgen die neuen Nachbarn auch für mehr Verkehr, mehr Bedarf an Kita-Plätzen oder vollere Wartezimmer in den Arztpraxen. Im Falle eines angedachten Projekts im Wenzenbacher Ortsteil Grünthal aber schaukelte sich die Sache nun bereits in einem sehr frühen Stadium hoch.
