Debatte um Denkmal „Rassistische Darstellung“: Entfernung des Don Juan gefordert
Regensburg.Eine klare Forderung hatte der Bund für Geistesfreiheit am Samstag bei seiner Aktion auf dem Zieroldsplatz in Regensburg mit dabei: Das dort stehende Don-Juan-Denkmal muss weg. Es sei eine „ekelhafte und rassistische Darstellung“, die mitten in der Regensburger Altstadt einen Platz gefunden habe. Eine Einschätzung, die die Untere Denkmalschutzbehörde der Stadt allerdings nicht teilt.
