TIERSCHUTZ Storch sorgt für Baby-Boom in Stefling
Weil seit 2019 gleich 16 Störche den Ort besuchten, werden hier mehr Kinder geboren als je zuvor. Jetzt brütet ein Paar.
NITTENAU.Störche bringen Babys und Glück, so sagt man. In dem 380 Einwohner-Dorf Stefling trifft das jedenfalls zu: Seit im vergangenen Jahr plötzlich gleich 16 Störche erschienen und eine Woche lang auf den Dächern saßen, wurden mehr Kinder als je zuvor geboren – im Jahr 2019 und 2020 bis jetzt 13, erklärt hocherfreut Harald Ettl, Kommandant der Freiwilligen Feuerwehr. Ettl hat ein besonderes Interesse daran, schließlich ist Nachwuchs für die Retter enorm wichtig.
