Schwandorf.Ein junger Mann aus Stulln hat mit seiner Kandidatur zum Kreisbrandrat (KBR) viele Feuerwehrler im Landkreis Schwandorf überrascht. Doch wenige Wochen nach Bekanntwerden der Bewerbung hat Robert Hellenbrecht (28) diese plötzlich zurückgezogen. Das könnte aber ein taktisch kluger Schritt gewesen sein.
